P.S. - Love that pic BTW. Looks like you really know how to live!!
Nice Post Beig. I'm glad most members of this board respectfully ignore any unwanted interruptions.
Now, I don't want to steal any glory, because 120HP/L is impressive. Unfortunately I don't yet own a stook but would love to get one. My point: 230bhp 1.8L NA Rover K-Series engine in the Caterham R500 = 127.78bhp/L (500bhp/ton). It is also the highest power to weight production car in production. (The McLaren F1 was 550 bhp/ton).
Have fun and be proud of this post (Beig's Post) and your wonderful car.

steve c has been trolling around back during the H-A.net days...no surprise he's here. In fact, on the old board he's stated how much he hates the S2000 over and over...just ignore him.

Yes, good reminder, DaveZ.
If someone consistently aggravates you, whether or not they are being a dink in the process, it would be better for everyone if you took advantage of the ignore service.
For some reason, on this and other boards, no matter HOW bad things got, I could never bring myself to actually use it.

Now now counterpoints are not necessarily trolling. At no point in my earlier post did I specifically slam the s2000, I simply corrected a few blatant incorrect statements -- okay and poked fun at some others.
Hate? I bought one to play with for the summer -- seems odd that I would buy one if I hated it so much.
What many people miss here is that I am not in any way slamming the s2000, it is a great car -- I am however in awe of the aggressive stupidity that so many s2000 owners display. I hate to point out that this place is more biased than even corvetteforum.com -- take a look through the majority of the threads, if someone says a car is faster / prettier / does anything better than the s2000 they are incessantly trashed -- and while the trashing ensues the point of cost / reliability always comes into the equation, relevant or not.
Some of the members on this and other boards follow this trend with a bit more fervor -- Jay Li, Greg Stevens, SondaS2k to name three. Yes I find it sad, yes it makes me laugh -- no I don't really give a rats ass if they believe one thing or another -- but it is fun to poke fun at people like them -- sorry, of that I am guilty as charged and have no remorse
Now --
derryck - you are correct with your Italian remarks, if you are going to own a Ducati and you really want to ride anytime -- buy a second bike, make it a Honda
William -- guess I don't really feel that is necessary -- you can see some pictures of my s2000 from this weeks trip to Seattle International Raceway that I posted among my ITR companions over on h-a.org.
