S03s vs. SO2s
Well, I just took the plunge for the SO3's. I must say that I'm truely impressed with the ride characteristics of the tire. I noticed what seemed to be a little quicker turn-in and not as harsh of a ride. I'm currently running 45psi front and rear which feels just about right. I didn't purposely didn't mention anything to my wife and she asked, if I had made suspension adjustments. She also commented that the S2K was more stable at higher straight line speeds. This got me a little concerned.
The biggest difference between the SO2PP and the SO3s is ride quality. The SO3 being the better. Traction on both are very similar. The SO3s seem to hop around a little more but I think this is due to higher tire pressure. Cornering is very predictable with a hint of oversteer. I think I'll be more pleased with these than the SO2PP. Time will tell! Hats off to Tire Rack for a two day turnaround from time of order.

Are you serious about running pressures that high? Maybe the S03 is very different but I have not had much luck running any tire that high. Seems like it would be very responsive and also very nervous and slippery.
