I would go with the S2000..if they were to come out with a 350Z twin turbo then I would change my mind...no doubt about it :-)...and of course if they would sell a turbo S..then I would switch my mind yet again..call me undecisive...ok?

both are outstanding performance cars. i prefer honda cars because my experience with nissan had been less than perfect. nissan cars are great performers, but they are often not as well built as hondas. nissan uses more inferior quality material and more corner cutting technologies. nissan cars often run great and look nice when new, but a few years down the road, they show signs of aging much more than hondas. i wonder how nissan can make a stellar performance car with a V6 that produce > 280 horses and 6 speed manual tranny for under $30k . hard to believe they can pull it off without doing some serious corner cutting.

in any case, if you want lots of low end torque for that neck snaping acceleration and great styling at a very competitive price, 350z is the car to get. if you want a perfectly balanced roaster and dont mind sacrifice some room and low end torque, s2k is the one.

For cruising in style go fro the S, but if you plan to go to the track go for the Nissan with the track options.
