how much is the 90k service from the dealer?

what does the 90k consist of?

and would you recommend getting th 90k at the dealer or an individual shop.

 

90K service:
LOF (lube, oil, and filter) - all fluids, diff, engine, trans. - all filters, oil, and cabin.
top off all fluids. (washer, colant, PS[not for the S])
valve adjust (not entirely sure)
wiper blades
spark plugs
cap/rotor/wires (not for the S)
chassis inspection (exhaust, brakes, suspension, drivetrain)
tire rotation (not for the S)
and a free car wash.
expect to pay a few hundred

i recomend having it done by someone who has extensive knowledge of the S. dealer or not.
*many dealers have been known to put no the wrong diff fluid.*

 

what about the belts?
