Post S2000 99 - 2003 No clock - what was your solution

Hej Guest,
I dont know if it was only the european model of the S2000 -99-2003 that have no clock in it..
I have read that Honda added a clock (to see the time when needed)to the 2004-.. models

But my question for you guys is, what was your solution to this issue
pics are welcome

Now i always have to look on my watch /on my mobile

The designer of the S2000 specifically decided not to put a clock in it... he wanted you to pay attention to the drive and not the time. The 00-01 models did not have a clock, the 02-03s did in the radio, the 04+ have one in the digital guage cluster. My advice would be if you want to stay with Honda OEM parts, locate yourself a used 02-03 headunit.

Change out your headunit.. The stock one is pretty much useless anyways. Throw some speakers in there while you're at it..

I vote for the radio..since I've lost my remote due to A/F gauge installation, I went with a decent head unit, 1 pair of eartquake woofers (not sub-woofers) in the door, JBL tweeters and 6.5 2-way Lightning Audio behind the seats and the difference is night and day...plus you will know what time it is, so you'll kill 2 flys with one hit Can you ask for a better excuse to upgrade your audio?

About the radio
I have a stock Radio (with tape) + 6 cd charger..
If I still want to use the cd charger
what kind of radio should i put it?

Is it possible the Honda radio is manufactured by Pioneer?
or which brand shoud I buy..

You could just wear a watch or cell phone most people have them.

What do you do when you're not in a car?
