I encourage others to add tasteless, ostentatious, functionless mods to their cars (huge wings, chrome wheels, egregious aftermarket body cladding, etc).
IMO, the more showy crap they add, the better my "boring" stocker looks in comparison.

To each his own. Everyone has their own style. In cars and fashion. The mods that are made by some people do not appeal to me, and the mods that I have added do not appeal to all others. I try to never criticize other peoples uniqueness, and hope they do the same for me. That's the beauty of our society, everyone can be themselves. You can express your opinion and I can express mine, and we can both put each other on our ignore lists. I have to say though, I have read some of the complaints against your posts before, but never read one of them. I have no problem with your opinion on modifications and personal fashion, but your obvious racial slap at young asian men is offensive even to an old white dude like me. I am beginning to see why you are number 1 on everyone ignore list. Just my 2 cents.

The only major exceptions I'd have to take with this post would be:
the " tight fitting Levis"... on guys - Hey, just because some people can't pull it off because they fail to push away from the dinner table is no reason to knock those of us who can.
and the "chicks with big hair" - Some of them can make my tight fitting Levi's fit even tighter!

i don't get phased by what people say about my car nor do i hide/liberally post pics of my ride on the internet.. it's not a show car, it's not a go car, it's a good car.
and never do i criticize a person for their choice in mods and go out back and do it myself which addresses marcus's point about me having the Rick's S badges on my car. never have, never will
