Price trends over recent years have shown that Honda S2000 values have remained relatively stable despite its growing age. Here are a few reasons why this Japanese sport roadster remains relevant, and may even begin to gain value soon.
I might occasionally get a bit bummed out when I read other members noting how much they miss the level of activity that used to exist on this forum. Ironically, some of this subpar curated content makes me realize that regardless of how things used to be around here, I've still learned quite a bit on this forum during my time here. With that in mind I'm grateful for all of the knowledgeable people who do still participate.

Reason: additional content
What has happened I wonder; even long before I've owned a s2000 or had an account on here I've frequently lurked this board. Time/age perhaps? Owners moving on or getting older w/ more personal matters to attend to? Less s2000s?
S2000Junky (and all the other long term members), this "old, yet new" S2k owner thanks all of you for your knowledge and support over the years. My first pass at ownership in 2002-3 lasted less than a year and now I'm back with my 2006. I've bookmarked and subscribed to at least 40 threads and the wisdom of the veterans on this board was of immense help in guiding me to my choice for my new S2000. Your contribution is invaluable and welcome!! Keep it going, and I'll do my part to share what I can. Again, THANKS!

More distractions by way of mobile media.
Also, most things S2000 related have been covered and can now be searched.
As long as some of us long timers still get bored at work, you will continue to have new content and a technical resource
s2000Junky, all joking aside, I run a forum of my own. While there was a group that offered to buy me out early on and it was a nice chunk of change, I rejected their offer. In the end I think they would have been sadly disappointed with their investment as Honda's CB1100 (the subject of my forum) sells in very low volumes, and the traffic generated would have never reached their expectations lol. I've never really treated my forum as a business and I don't sell advertising as I simply wanted to create a place where people who are interested in the same bike as me could hang out online to learn from one another. I get to call my own shots and realize as well as anyone the value of knowledgeable participants who are willing to share what they've learned. Obviously there is lots of info here to be searched, and that's cool too, but being able to actually interact with others with questions, etc. is still valued by many of us who enjoy the format. So thanks!

This is what prompted my response in the first place. When I could pick apart content like this after just a short period of time around here I realized that I was quickly learning quite a bit about this car.
