Default S2000 and ethics -- theft

Came across this auction on ebay

--> http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/s2000-ignit...1QQcmdZViewItem

"Up For Auction is a complete set of there components: ecu, Ignition and key transporte. All you need to start your vehicle if you have missing any of those parts. great replacemet without reprograming your key. these parts came out of same car 2002 s2000 . will work on any 00-03 models"

Is it wrong to sell something like this to just anyone? When I see something like this, all I think is great some car thief is going to buy this and steal all of our cars. Atleast the 06's DBW won't work with this. Do things like this concern anyone else?
