Default S2000 friendly driveway

I got tired of going into the driveway at an angle to go over the five inch curb. I got a contractor to put in a new drive, apron, and sidewalk .

The original drive was narrow and broken up so it was time to replace anyway.

The curb was replaced by a very gentle swale (sp) so the transition onto the drive is smooth.

congrats, scraping the front is one of the few things I do not like about driving a little low car.

haha, I hope you are being truthful about the driveway "needing to be replaced anyway" I can't imagine what the wife would say about redoing a driveway so the car doesn't have to be driven in at an angle!

Here is an alternative to extensive concrete work, etc.

Curb bridge FTW (even though I don't have one. Then again, my S is on stock suspension which allows me to drive it pretty comfortably up and down the driveway).

I'd be interested in that curb bridge, but wouldn't it not be so difficult for someone to run off with that? yet enough of a hassle that you would be disinclined to remove it every time

The website says it weighs ~170lbs. Not sure someone can just pick it up and and run.

Assuming your local city officials would be okay with this product I'm sure there are adhesives or concrete fasteners one could use.
