Question S2000 or Honda attractions in Japan?

I'll be visiting the land of the rising sun in a couple of months. I was just wondering, given the large number of S2000 (and Honda) fans in this forum who have probably been to Japan (or are living there), if there are some must-see attractions for Honda fanatics (Honda museum, Honda headquarters, etc). To keep things simple, we'll be staying 6 nights in Tokyo and 6 nights in Kyoto, with side day trips to nearby areas if necessary. Thanks!

You can go to Spoon Type1. It is not far away from Tokyo, about 30 mins by train and taxi.

I found out after I left Kyoto that J's Racing is there. I found out Spoon was local to Tokyo the day before I left there. I didn't F that up.

Do they sell parts?

Or know any places to sell parts?

I am headed to Japan for half of April, it will be my first trip.

I've arranged rentals of a Honda S660 and a R33 GTR through Omoren. I will be taking the S660 up to Twin Ring Motegi to see the Honda Collection Hall, and I will be taking the GTR out west to Hakone/Mt Fuji. I'm also going to the Toyota museum in Odiba Tokyo, and hitting the 2018 Motor Sport Festival.

If you're looking for parts, there is a Super Autobacs in Odiba that I believe is more race focused than most. Type1 and Seeker are also in west Tokyo. There are a few tracks that have cars you can rent/drive at them.

My original plan was Fun2Drive, until I found Omoren. They don't rent the older stuff, unfortunately, but god, it's really cheap in comparison. Plus freedom to go wherever and no need for the train west.

I was going to rent a FR-S from Toyota, but I was unable to easily find a manual one to rent online. They are pretty cheap and available for pick up in a lot of places, as well.

Do you know which roads the F2D used? I've been lazy about plotting a path through Hakone.

We did a 6 hour rental and drove around by ourselves, they helped us set a route driving around Mt Fuji and back. Roughly it was something like the 138, 139, 469 . We already had the JR rail pass so taking the bullet train to Odawara was free, the bus ride from Odawara to F2D was on some pretty windy roads also
