Default s2000 Honda development factbook

all those wondering the S2000 is not special enough to have its own factory documented volume specific to this car, you are wrong! Only it is in Japanese. here is link to translated copy.

My favorite: The world's most advanced high-power and low-emission gas Enables the "2-liter DOHC VTEC 4-cylinder naturally aspirated engine"

Great job on the transliterating! That's it. Guess Google didn't know what to do with it.

Thanks, I have a few straight up Japanese friends and watched enough Japanese shows to pick up a thing or two about Japanese pronunciation of English words. Then again, I was never one of those people who were thrown off by heavily-accented English, no matter what ethnicity was speaking it.

I didn't get HAIBARUBUTAIMINGU, though, but looking at it again, could it be "high variable timing"?

^ Sounds like High Variable Timing to me!

These translations are awesome! It doesn't seem to translate katakana words very well. Oh and katakana = writing form for words borrowed from English that do not exist in Japanese like Orange Juice = Orenji Juusu... etc.

Actually, now I think it's "high valve timing." A few syllables would be missing if it was "variable."
