I would highly recommend the Yellow. I've never really been a big fan of the color yellow, but on certain cars, like the Ferrari 360, new Vette's and the S2000, I think it looks great. It makes the S2000 stand out even more on the highways packed with bland looking cars and SUV's.

Do we need to attach each other like this??
Color preference is after all a subjective thing...

There's only one to have - original SILVER. Don't settle for a cheap substitute! Oh, I'm sorry, they don't make it any more. Buy a 2001 model!

By the way, mine is silver but it's not for sale. It's still my favorite color. The runner up is white - mainly because you see so few of them. My dealer told me that the white was only available with red interior and they never ordered one. I was looking for white when I opted for silver - good choice on my part.

If I had been buying a 2002 instead of a leftover 2001 Suzuka Blue would of been my first choice. But since it wasn't available anyhow my choices were between Silver and Spa Yellow. I loved the Yellow but wondered if I would tire of it over time. Silver had a classic look about but maybe a little too subdued. Went with the Spa Yellow and I'm loving it so far. Turns heads everywhere I drive it. If you don't like the attention then by all means stay away from Spa Yellow Pearl. But for 2002 I still like the Suzuka Blue best.

I'm going with Suzuka Blue. It REALLY accents the S2000's gorgeous lines and, because it was introduced in'02 (and may ONLY be available in '02), Suzuka Blue will always be rare. After a while red and yellow S2000s will become a little common. I agree, white is painfully bland and black is a part-time job in the making.

But doesn't white reflect light the best? And therefore shows the lines the best?
Maybe i didn't understand what you mean by "shows no lines"...
Imagine a dark colored car zoom by you at night... under insuffient lighting.. you
will not able to see all details of the car... but white on the hand.. you can see
almost everything... (espeically the bits of cosmetic parts people added.. such
as front/rear spoilers...)

I believe the body creases/edges in dark colors are reflected with more contrast than with lighter colors. With white, the whole surface, including the edges, is refected almost uniformily so edge detail is muted.

I see your point.. I think we're looking for different things.. (or maybe I dont know what it
means to "show the lines well")
When a black car passes by in the dark.. usually I see the top part or protruding part of
the body (they get more light).. often details like front lower spoilers were not obvious...
while light colored cars.. it's easier to see everything...
