You can't fault some random guy for not being as into his car as you are. Or, like mentioned above, the guy could've been antisocial. Maybe he's a stutterer and he's nervous as hell to meet new people because of his speech. Or, maybe the guy was a dick like you said. Who knows. Not everyone is as friendly as you'd like them to be. Just cuz the guy didn't wanna talk doesn't make him an arrogant asshole or anything like that.

sorry to rant, but I've seen guys get sooooooo worked up over this type of stuff on other boards. I have a '04 Yamaha R6 and there's TONS of people who don't wave back.........who cares??

Also remember you were in a VW, not your S2K. There are alot of wannabes and pervs out there. Perhaps he was just being cautious.

 

It's normal since they want to believe that they have the only S2000 in town.
