I agree with your "sleeper" definition. That is one of the reasons I got mine. Everybody seems to know about the 'vettes, Cobras, Porsches, Bimmers, etal. However, not many know of the S2000. When people see you coming on the freeway, they look it over in awe. It is a pure driving machine. One DOES become part of the car when they get behind the wheel. It puts a on your face and continues well after you've parked it. I enjoy owning something you don't see every day.

is 13.8 not good enough for them? for heaven saikes, 13.8 is crazy. just as fast or faster than the Rx-7 wrx vr-4 300ztt...sometimes i just want to hit people because of there stupidity and their uneducated mind making HUGE guesses becuase we have 153 torque stock...just a little mod (intake muffler, headers) would probally send us into the mid maybe lows (i doubt low)13's (i would hope mid, or something is messed up)
i do wish we had about 30-50 more lbs of turque

would you be willing to pay over 44K for the car? I don't see it being for sold any less that that for the kind of power you are talking about.

 

If you want torque and power, get a turbo or a supercharger.
