Hi All, I thought I would share my adventure to the top of Pike's Peak with my S2000. My girlfriend and I went on a week long vacation in the Colorado Rockies and going up Pike's Peak was a must on the agenda. The car performed nicely at high altitudes, but the washboard gravel road to the top was nasty, and I mean nasty! There were several stretches where I could not travel more than 5mph, or permanent brain damage might have occured. I had the top down on the journey up, and it was simply incredible. Feeling the fresh, cold mountain air in the face was a rush along with the majestic view. To end on a bittersweet note, I traded in the S2000 for a Pilot. I love the S2000 but its not practical for me as a daily driver or on long road trips. Here are a few pictures:

We made it all the way down to Mesa Verde. I feel it was the highlight of our trip.

Is that Pilot black or navy blue? I like the way it looks. Nice pics.
