Sure, accessories like the OEM car cover, the front lip, car nets, etc might stop in production when Honda decides to stop making the S2000. However, repair items should still be available for a long time ...

Besides, you can't worry too much about things like this. There are better things to worry about ...

Be prepared to get flamed a little about mentioning that 2006 or 2007 would be the last year of production though (hopefully people will give you a break for being a newbie here!)

Why would Honda stop production of the S2000? Despite it being 6 (or 7?) years since they introduced it, few manufacturers have made a better car for that price.

However, are they selling more each year or less? What are the volumes like in the US? Here in Dubai, not many are sold since insurance is hard to get (declined risk for most profiles). It's too much of a car for the connoisseur to be selling in huge volumes, but it's something I hope Honda keeps producing - I love my S2000

Oooh - the 9,436,283rd post that has an AP1 vs. AP2 undertone. Gotta love it.

Honda will stop production of the S2000 at the end of a 2 year cycle - so the last model year will be odd. I couldn't tell you if it's '07 or not, but it could be. It also could be 2041, just in time for a HondaJet-based roadster.
