Own a house, condo down-the-shore or a tent in Tahiti? Let's hear about it!

I voted for "live with parents" There isn't an option for "live with parents but own a residence" I would fall under that category since I own two condos (rented), but reside at home.

How about the option of "own home + pay for two college apartments for daughters"

If I didn't have to support those other two apartments, I could have a fleet of S2Ks.

You need to raise the price limits for homes for those of us in California. You can't even get a shack in LA for less than $150K unless you move 3 hours out into the desert.

Average price of homes in San Diego county is $240,000 according to the Realtor Association. For that you get a dump.

yeah, a house on the west side of LA starts at $350K, and that gets you a POS, 70+ year old 2BD/1BA hut with maybe 5K sq ft. of lot.
