^LOL, that's just Honda's database label for the trim level of the car. All non-CRs are listed as "6 Speed Manual", CR delete models are "Club Racer 6 Speed Manual", and non-delete CRs are "Club Racer with AC & Audio 6 Speed Manual".
It appears the minimum amount of info for the trim level of a car is the number of gears and transmission type (or just transmission type if it's a CVT I suppose). But this database field is also where you find the other major trim levels/option types. For example, my '06 Odyssey trim is listed as "EX w/Leather, Navi & DVD 5 Speed Automatic".
