S2000 Seat Theft is Out of Control!

Well add me to the list of a happy buyer. I had my roof slashed last night and the center console broken into, but nothing stolen. All change, CDs, stereo equipment were left behind. They had to have been going for the seats and were looking for the key. Good think I leave it in my tool box at home.

No call from the rep on Tuesday.
Got the rep on the phone yesterday- he said the package went out yesterday and gave me a tracking number. I checked the number- and it was invalid! I called the rep right back, and he was out of the office.
I'm pretty sure the Seat Locks are on the way, and the rep just messed up with the number. I'm going to call again shortly to verify.
Last night, I e-mailed our fearless leader (cthree), to ask about group buy/vendor fees, so we should be just about set to go.

I was hoping that S2000 seat theft would slow down over time, but it just seems to be getting worse. I've been getting a lot of calls lately from non-S2KI owners that have been hit, too.
Thank goodness you had the Seat Locks- at least you can drive your baby around until the roof repair is done.
This should be an important reminder to all those who purchase the Seat Locks- REMEMBER NOT TO LEAVE THE SPECIAL KEY IN THE CAR!!! [This is specified in the installation instructions.]
I'll get the ordering info sent out to everyone ASAP.

Just curious if these will also come with the stickers that have been in some of your post of the past. Cathan said in his other post that he didn't have the stickers. If it will come with stickers has there been any revision on the design, since the old clear ones were hard to see? White background maybe?

Okay, I just got off the phone with the McGard rep.
He said "V" not "B".
- The tracking number checks out and the package is on the way. It's scheduled to arrive Sep. 8th.
I'll be PMing ordering info to those who have requested Seat Locks.
(Mods-) I'll pay the group buy/sponsor fees, as required. I can't post in the group buys forum, so I'll have to wait for help on that.
