Static cling from the inside would be ideal, especially if they had the white background so they showed up better and through tint, etc. Less wear & tear from washing and elements.

 

I think the static cling type of stickers would come off when the window is rolled down.

Check out the rubber window moldings at the top of the door. They fits pretty tight to the window glass.
