SERVICE MANUAL. (Not that I feel I need to prove or justify any of my posts.)
It's not an unreasonable question from Arsenal. Lots of people post information as fact which they honestly believe to be true, but then it turns out they remembered wrong or whatever. I frequently ask where a poster got their info, even if the poster has been on the forum for 12+ years, has more than 37000 posts, and has an excellent reputation for knowing their sh!t.

Everything with a grain of salt, and sometimes an entire shaker.

You better throw in a whole truck load of salt then because although it may not be an unreasonable question to ask, most of the time, I can't be bothered to even answer and when I do, quite frankly, I really don't care if people believe me or not. History and experience on this forum has shown that there is always someone who will never be convinced no matter how much proof one provides. They've already decided it's not true and they already know the answer.

Then why do you even bother? You're done now.

You're absolutely right. I'm done. Next time you need an answer or if someone gives you a really bad one, yup, I'm done. See ya.

I don't know what I said to piss you off, but whatever it was, I'm sorry. I think healthy skepticism is a good thing. I suspicion that being a bit of a skeptic and questioning stuff is part of why you know as much as you do.

Asking other people how they know stuff is part of how we all learn. If we only ask for an answer and not *how* the answer is found/learned then we aren't much better off. It's the give a man a fish versus teach a man to fish sitch, I think.

Okay, back to the secrets... I finally found the "secret compartment" and boy did I feel like a champ! I'm wondering if the previous owner knew it existed because I found the pre-delivery checklist in it and coated in dust LOL

Nice. Mine kinda happened reverse of that. I found mine the first day and was like oh wow that's nifty. Then I kept hearing rumors about a secret compartment an was like omg what is it? Took me a while to realize what it was.
