I've been here for a good while, yet still like to read others questions and even have some myself still. I think it's great!

Eh... it's not so bad, but I still miss Steve C.

Every forum needs an enforcer or two to help lay the smack down. Ask a stupid question, get a stupid answer... with extreme prejudice.

Ask a thoughtful/polite question and most people here are more than happy to help.

generally, i find what im looking for by searching or the FAQ's, but i think s2ki's search feature is pretty hit or miss these days.

regardless, id say more often then not i can find what im looking for through a search or the FAQ's. if not, i make sure to ask a well-worded thoughtful question (call it proper forum etiquette or something along those lines)

I don't mind answering questions put I do wish people would read the information in the FAQ's and DIY section first. I don't know about everyone else I read through it 3 or 4 times when I first got the car.

The only dumb questions are the ones that have been asked so many times that you can get several pages when searching by topic title for that very thing!

I'm tired of insurance questions and which is better a s2000 or <insert car>. Atleast bump an old topic and make it look like you searched. And then some noobs have the nerve to cop an attitude when they ask something that has beaten to death and get a smart ass answer. I'm with i heart my db8.

Needs one more option on the poll...

"I'm either a veteran or a noob, If we had a better/updated search function on this forum then we wouldn't have to ask the same question several times."

The search function on this forum incredibly underdeveloped...I would rather google it than perform a search on s2ki. My $0.02
