Further research has concluded....
that the key may not be full titanium... since titanium is a hard metal... and that a standard key cutter can not handle the density of this metal..
I can only think of a hybrid solution.. A mix of Ti and another alloy...

I will keep you guys posted...

due to my calculations... an increase of 10% since everyone thinks hybrids are faster and cooler
