I've already inspected those closely.

 

It's not an easy one.

 

The one on the left is directly behind the seat near the door jamb. Its slightly under your shoulder in terms of height. If you didnt find the bold there, the same one exists there.

I have to admit, even with my limited knowledge I knew the left one is from the little tonneau cover nubs behind the seats, but i didn't realize the right one was from the drivers seat matt holders till buddy said it

The one on the left is definitely a hook for the convertible top cover hold down straps.

Is the one on the right part of the accessory pouch that mounts behind the pass seat?

 

The left is for the little snap that the tonneau cover connects too.

The right is the studs that are on the left side of the driver seat and on the right side of the passenger seat. This is where the straps of the tonneau cover snap in as well.

So, left is the bolt directly behind driver and passenger for the middle snaps tonneau cover, and the right is for the snaps on the straps of the tonneau cover.

 

Isn't the one on the right the little knob to pull out the gas cover?

 

I don't think that one would be threaded.... not sure though cause it could be hollow!
