The left is for the little snap that the tonneau cover connects too.
The right is the studs that are on the left side of the driver seat and on the right side of the passenger seat. This is where the straps of the tonneau cover snap in as well.
So, left is the bolt directly behind driver and passenger for the middle snaps tonneau cover, and the right is for the snaps on the straps of the tonneau cover.

Common S2KIers, you can do better than that. The one on the right is..........................not for the mirrors, not for the gas, not for the tonneau, not a trailer ball, and yes it is necessary for street legal 450 rwhp. Hint: your S should have two of them.
