Would a more practical S2000 be a hit with buyers?

 

Looks like a badly-proportioned modern take on a Reliant Scimitar.

 

I love the Scimitar GTE although I've never seen one live. Not sure about "badly-proportioned", for a modern car the rendering doesn't look too bad. I do think there's a market niche for "sporty but practical" but not confident that any manufacturer will put one into production.

 

Nope.

 

We already have the perfect S2000 hatch.
