Default I discovered new drainage points?? HELP please

Im dealing with rust and by coincidence I noticed that at the underside frame rails (the rails where the jack/stands points are) that there are tiny holes at the rear just behind the jacking point that go upward along the rail. They are so small that they are invisible to the eye, and I never new about the existence. Never read any mention in other threads (perhaps I mist it).

for reference Im adding a pic, the screwdriver is insode the tiny drain hole. It was clogged with mud. There are a few near that point. A small screwdriver actually barely even fits.

I think they are made to evacuate water that gets in between the frame where its impossible to get unless you cut the rear arch open or take out the rubber grommets near the frame rails and insert a camera or something.

Anyway, the holes are so small they are cloged easily and thus can cause some rust between the outer metal with paint and inside underneath the car front to back. The part under the doors etc. That is part of the chassis and not removable.

Did you guys know about these drains?

Is there a pic or can someone tell me where the points exactly are along the rails where the holes should be open? Im affraid to open/bend things along the rails that are not drainage points!

many thanks
