Well, the count is in...

We will have a little better than 90 cars showing up in Asheville for the first annual S2KDays...

So, that means that we will have beaten the gathering in Japan of recent days.

Can't wait to take the pictures...we have a designated area just for our cars in the Renaissance Hotel parking lot.

It's amazing to think that 7 months ago, when we started planning this that some people who are coming for Iowa, Canada, North Dakota and other far away places are leaving in less than a week...

Many kudos go out to Mr. Speed who has been our man around town in Asheville and to Brad and Sondra for putting up with my bullshit. And thanks for Rick for helping on the registration and tshirts. And many thanks to King Motorsports, the Title Sponsor and all the other sponsors like MG Racing, Zymol, Rick's Accessories, Zaino, Intercity Lines, and others that I can't remember right now...

And that reminds me, if you want to purchase a commemorative tshirt, let me know, we had extras made for people who can't come. They are very high quality, "beefy tee" and silk screened...the works. Also, event keyfobs, we have extras of those, too. Of course, all drivers coming will get these things as they are included in the fees...

It's been a ton of work...man, I am gonna need a vacation after this!

90+ cars Gosh, I hope we don't cause an accident with that many S2Ks.......

Many thanks to Greg, Brad, John, Sondra, Rick, and any others involved for making this event a reality. It's gonna be GREAT!

Greg,

I am interested in a T-shirt and maybe a key chain. I can't make the meet unfortunately, but I would like the memorabilia. Do you have pics you could post?

Cool, if anyone wants a tshirt, they are 20 bucks...email me at greg@s2ki.com and put S2KDays Tshirt in the subject line, so that I can more easily keep track of them. We'll figure the best way for you all to pay for them and to get them out to you and everything. I wasn't expecting to have a ton of response to the shirts, but it looks like there may be...we'll have to figure out a good process for this. We may ask Rick to put this on his web site...yea, how about that? Rick, can we do that?

Keep in mind that they won't be delivered until Friday of next week. They won't go out until after that, obviously...

Wmaceo, good to hear that is your last chemo...! I am a survivor of 13 years this May...

And everyone, pray for warmth and sun...
