Well as my car sits in the parking lot waiting for the outcome of my upcoming arbitration with Honda; a kid with one of those scooters or bike hit the front pax side fender. Left a big dent. They didnt even have the nerve to leave something on the car. So I havent a clue which kid did it. I tell you i can win for loosing with this car. I wonder if its a curse..hehe...probably not...

Well #1 it's a kid #2 they wouldn't have a pen and paper around right?

I see where the frustration comes from. I actually do feel better if I know who did it.

Why are you going to arbitration? It may be the quickest and cheapest resolution but... the tendency with arb. is to end up with much more of a compromise. You did not even see your #4 plug yet, did you? Do you have your proof? I believe that you will likely do better in real Court. What are the details? How did you get involved in that?

A Many of people hear recommended it to me. I also have a many of folks here helping me. whether its coming as a witness..or sending me letters or their ordeal with the workorders. Believe me..my case looks good. Oh and honda isnt happy about this...they hate bad publicity.
