That article on the front page isn't serious is it? I mean, the whole "it's just a glorified econo-box" argument is a little played out in my opinion. Christ, it sounds like the same butt-hurt whining people spout when a "glorified neon" (SRT4) or "just a stupid honda" (S2K) kicks their ass.

Riiight, the EVO is just a tuned up econobox. And the S2000 is just another Honduh. And...well, you get the point. It could go on forever, and any group of internet benchracers can come up with endless reasons why any car sucks compared to theirs. What happened to accepting other GREAT (the EVO absolutely comes to mind here) cars for what they are and not feeling threatened by them?

I thought S2K owners were above childish crap like this, much less have something like it posted on the home page. I'm disappointed.
