I've been spying on them to see what they've been saying about us...

For all those who have a G35...I raced one on route 80 west thru the sugar fields of western West Palm Beach. Not only did I beat this kid's pants off, I won $100. to boot. Oh yeah, one more thing, I'm 56 years old. Have fun, go SSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS2000.
I test drove a G35 coupe before I ordered my '04 S2000. They didn't have a 350 z to drive except for a roadster in the showroom. I must say that the torque was good, the shifting was a good close ratio short throw but the ride was a little too soft. No where near the S, by comparison. I'm sure the track pack Z would have been better but... there are enough posts on this argument. The exhaust note was throaty but my money is going to Honda just for this reason; It's as close to a race car feel as I have ever driven since taking the Jim Russell Racing School Quebec, Canada!

both are great cars. s2000 is definitely not faster in terms of acceleration. i was chasing my dad one day (my g35 was automatic, he has an S2000) and i couldnt catch him, but he didnt leave me either. G35 is more floaty and feels like a big car. is not as connected as s2000 as it is more posh and luxury. g35 is a wonderful, WONDERFUL everyday car. having both cars was a pleasure, more of a pleasure than when i had my Evo and my dad had the S2000. the G35 and S2000 actually complement each other great.
