I would email U.S vendors from Turkey till I find one that is willing to ship international and take care of customs etc. for you. I am guessing it won't be cheap. Why not try somewhere in Europe to source it instead?

Be very careful with aftermarket windshields, not all have the best quality, and you could end up spending lots of money to receive a bad one.

I recently went to safelight in the USA. They wanted to charged $300 (including installation) for NON-OEM windshield. When asked about supplier they told me it depends on who is currently proving it to them and could be different depending on when I get it. JUST FYI, so you know what kind of pricing you are looking at. Glass is fragile, if I were you i'd be very concerned about shipping a single PC across the Atlantic. At the very least it would take two weeks. It might just be better for you local supplier to get one in stock.
