Ouch! That looks awful. Sorry for your loss!
But there is a guy on here from GA who would probably call dibs on your seats if they are in pristine condition.

I was going about 5mph as he hit me and he was probably going about 10...

Definetly find out what the buyback is if its totalled. I'm always looking for cheap S2000s

well its a Fl title so if its totaled it will end up being "certificate of destruction" parts only. I might part it out or just stick it on Ebay as a parts car
The damage does not look horrible. I've seen worse the front rails look untouched and the fenders don't look to pushed back into the doors. Also the space between rear of front wheels to the fenders is even on both sides so suspension damage is probably none. It being an 02 with 90k miles would total it but if it was a newer model year it wouldn't be totaled. Hard to tell with hood closed also I would buy it back and fix it looks like it was turning into a nice project.
That doesn't look bad at all, not a total loss by any means. I would get as many quotes as possible and speak with insurance. So long as your sub frame or chassis is intact there is no reason it can't be fixed. Personally however if your insurance decides to total it i'd probably let them have it and buy it back. You can make $$$ parting it out.
If you do end up buying it back and it isn't written off as cert of destruction i know a guy in Nor Cal who parts out wrecked S2k's, mostly AP2s but he would have all the parts you'd need to put her back together, but you'd be on your own trying to color match that custom paint. If both headlights are trashed that will make your parts bill go up quite severely though.
