Default S2k Automatic Soft Top???

You know how on a BMW you can have all your windows and sunroof lowered with a press of the button on your car? Is this possible for the S2000 soft top? Does anybody have this, where your able to push a button from your remote and the soft top goes down automatically? Thanks.

For one thing, there's no "soft top" -- the S2000 only comes in convertible trim. The hardtop is a 3 grand accessory. So, to answer your question, there is a little lever in the center console to lower the top and lower the windows in 6 seconds. You must first unlatch the softtop, however, which isn't hard to do either.

A convertible top is not a sunroof.
A sunroof doesn't have latches.
A convertible top has latches.

A remote control can not open the latches for you, and you don't want to leave your car sitting around in parking lots with the roof unlatched so that any bozo can reach into your car.

This is your brain.

This is your brain on drugs.

Any questions?

Sorry, Tanqueray's msg reminded me of that.

Jason Chang? I had a buddy that lived in Hawaii by that name that raced BMX. You didn't live in Hawaii did you? Not that there isn't other Jason Chang's out there, just curious.
