Im picking up my new 2006 s2k in Indy on saturday. I live 3.5hrs away and then i have to drive it another 3hrs. Monday morning to take it back to school. Im contemplating using a bra since the miles will all be highway, and I know rocks love the low wide frontends of S2000's. Any advice would be helpful don't want to chip up my brandnew (black) car. Also where could I get a bra between today and this Saturday.

 

Put a bra on it? Do you think this is a chick car? Why don't you just tart it up in a tube top and mini skirt....... just kidding dude. You can tape up the front end with blue painter's tape.

 

Or get the spray-on film that comes in a can.

 

go 3m blue painter's tape. get the wider version and go nuts.

all over the front. headlights. fenders. then drive and worry about anything hitting the windshield

I drive 300+ miles a week in my S and drove across the country two months ago. Best advice is just to stay away from bigrigs.

 

I had the 3M clear bumper installed on my car. It covers the entire nose, and goes up and covers the first 16" of the hood. I also had it put on the rear bumper too.

....of course I know you can't get the put on before your trip, but it's definately something to consider in the future

 

haha, you know what i mean i would take it off once i got to my destination, i rather wear a tube top than fresh rock chips especially on black.
