^After having these CR seats for a few months I have a bit more input on these seats:

a) The CR seats have wonderful craftsmanship and the yellow insert sections are VERY DURABLE as it actually has a smooth surface that can easily be wiped clean if need be. The black suede and yellow stitching is awesome too

b) The 08/09 CR seats are taller than the roll bar and thicker so it does not allow the seats to recline as much as I'd like.

c) Even with a BYS rail on the driver side I still feel a bit cramped as my knees are within an inch of the lower bolster under the dash.

d) I thought I would really like the yellow insert CR seats but honestly the color is sort of a mustard yellow and not my ideal color. I have been debating getting these upholstered with black suede centers but that doesn't solve my legroom issue.

So with all that, I think I may put these CR seats with OEM rails back up for sale soon. Going to get a pair of Recaro or Bride seats again....

Running a set of Ap1 with Clazzio seat covers, despite being seat covers I wouldnt' trade them for any other s2k seat, super comfy feeling in all respects and a big improvement over the base seat.

My 05 has the silver back to the head rests. Matches right up with the OEM headrest speakers you could get on the 04 or 05.

Not a big fan of the yellow or red interior, regardless of how uncomfortable they are. I like yellow cars but give me the black interior. MY07 black leather seats are just fine for me. Even if I came around to liking the fit/feel of the seats, I just couldn't get my head around red or yellow seats. Sorry.

I have an 06 and the leather is very thin, as thin as "glove leather" and with perforations that further weaken the integrity of the leather. A fat lady with sweaty legs owned my S before me, the leather was rotted out, she also had "french tip" nails which left little scrapes all over my interior.

Durability? CR wins.

Looks? The tan leather of the earlier S2000's wins...

There is nothing sexier than white with tan leather seats....if only I could have found that combo when I was in the market.
be jealous

^x2 love my gpw with tan seats, but they do feel like the cushion is too thin and the back part for the back is not soft either, but they do the job.
