None of these things is any different than what you'd find in any other car. As for what a dealer will charge you, I have no idea, because I do all that work myself.

An S2000 isn't any more expensive than any other car I've owned, and it's a damn bit cheaper than some (like the BMW).
When I decide how "expensive" a car is going to be to maintain, I look at mechanical parts that are model specific and likely to cost a fortune to replace.
For example, my wife's e36 BMW 328is broke the ignition cylinder... a $40 part for most cars, it cost a whopping $1000 to replace because the ignition is coded to the car, and had to be ordered from Germany.

The S2000 doesn't really have any bits and pieces that I would expect to break that are really expensive, until you start looking at the motor. But at that point, you've probably got bigger issues.

just pick up a good set of tools and youll cut down on costs significantly... as for fluids... you can get mobil 1 at costco for like $25 for a case of 6... or you can get amsoil at like $8 a bottle... for other things like tires and brake pads... shouldnt be much different than any other car

compared to other FWD hondas, the s2000 only has one *extra* fluid change which is the rear differential. other than that, the setup is like any other honda and is pretty easy to work on.
