Guys....why do you believe you have to buy in SoCal....check out other places too. I bought my MY04 last Jan for 30,100 in the Bay Area. Seriously....check the internet quotes get a good price. Spend <$100 fly to BA buy the car and drive it to Socal. By the time you get home you'll have a good number of miles through break-in

John,

I guess you really want an S2000 ha. Well, if you really do get one, '04 is the way to go. S2000 is by all mean a great car to have fun in but it is not a car I want to drive everyday. Since your E36 is probably as stiff as S2000, if not stiffer, it is not going to be a big deal but my E46 is a smooth ride compare to an S2K.

BTW, what is the word on Nov.11? Are we still on?
