Try to stay away from anything "taste" orriented. I'd say maybe an umbrella or clock with the Honda or S2000 logo on it. I just got the cargo net accessory. It's less than 50, but needs to be installed.

How about a Limited Edition Auto Art S2000 Model 1/18 Scale model for $30?

I bought one from h and a accessories last year. The quality of the model is incredible for the price.

Transformer dude! If your boss is basically um about 28-40. Okay a TRUE Gen X and not the fakie Gen Y that perpetrate like they knew they 80's like they grew up in it then he'll love it (pst hint, if you were barely born when He-man was showing or you don't know that Richard Blade ran the video table before MTV was even an idea then you can ignore that snide comment, otherwise I'm directing at you fools...sue me, I miss the 80's).

Here's one example. There's a few diecast versions or you can go cheap by getting a plastic hasbro-ish version. Kinda like the old Hasbro Jetfire vs the true Japanese Jetfire/Robotech version. I have one in my home office and when I'm bored I can kill a good 30minutes messing around with it. Your boss will LOVE it dude.
