Actually thought people sometimes argue this fact, the s2000 is similar to the other cars, but IMO in a class all by itself.

Well, the Z4, boxSter and slk are German. Last time I checked, Honda made their S2000s in Japan.
All four are well designed, overpowered, overengineered roadsters.

Of the four, ONLY HONDA has any dealers in Wyoming, so I'd say, the Honda S2000 is in a class by itself. It is an outstanding, overengineered, overpowered roadster designed and built in Japan and available in every state of the United States.

I'd say the others are luxo-roadsters with creature comforts and can all be safely lumped in together. The S is a street legal race car. Its hard to compare them regardless of price...

what's under the hood of the boxster and slk?

I saw that show on the z4. It actually looks better that the pics I've seen. I can only imagine the price tag. It's got a 3 liter 225hp engine.

Dang Barry, are you serious? No Benz/Porsche/BMW dealers in Wyoming?
