Thanks c kit, I appreciate that, I know I will be back. I will be lurking the forums a bunch so maybe if I find the right ap1 in the classifieds.... Can anyone say GPW/NFR?

Very nice choice for a vehicle. I went the same route earlier this year, sold my '04 Berlina S2000 for a 2001 Nogaro blue Audi S4. Alot more practical for me, roomy, all wheel drive, etc. It's a totally different driving experience then the S2k was and Virginia snow was a blast this year driving it quattro FTW. I still miss my S2000 and will prob get an AP1 later on as a autocross/track car. I never got to experience the 9k redline with an AP2.

Like I tell everyone, congrats on the new ride. But just because the new ride is not an S does not mean you cannot participate here. No need to leave S2ki just because you no longer have one

Yea, I don't suspect I will leave the community now, especially upon further inspection of the Vortex....Although it will probably be more lurking than contribution. I think I like this community a bunch more, there seems to be a bunch of pretense contained within the Fourtitude/VW community, that I don't want any part of!

I agree! Yea after spending some more time on the Vortex.... I don't like the format, and although it is fairly expansive, it seems kind of weak sauce....
