S2K in Storage? (Fast and Furious effect)
OK... I have already become sick of it.
That movie (regardless of how I enjoyed it) has made driving the S2K nearly impossible. Cars are quite literally swerving across traffic and doing U-turns to rev at me on downtown city streets. About 1/4 of the questions I get are along the lines of "are you running NOS on it?" I've had to explain the difference between "track" and "drag" twice today alone.
And the movie just came out. It's going to get worse for at least another month before it gets better. I was telling my girlfriend I'm thinking about storing the car for the next month or so.
This is WEAK.
(sorry - had to rant. rant over now.)

I don't think revving happens a whole lot on the westside. I don't get revved at at all.
On Fri. night when the movie came out, the cops were definitely out in full force. So were all the ricers.

I got revved at last night!! some Ricer in a Civic with an exhaust, god know what else he had on it. Suffice to say, he took off, I didn't even launch the car, and got 1 car length ahead of him before hitting VTEC. At least it drowned out the noise from his exhaust!
You should live in the SOUTH! Nothing like getting revved on by a Ford dually or every single person who has "chipped" their daddy's DODGE! I even got revved on by a guy towing a lawnmower trailer..... WITH A LAWNMOWER ON IT! My wife and I almost laughed to the point of passing out. The dude was soooo serious and that only made it funnier!
If I only had a nickel for every firechicken that has wanted to race me then I could purchase that new Modena I have had my eye on.

Look at the bright side: at least you don't have to explain "it's a Honda S2000" anymore!

Its becomming more common for me now. I get revved at at least twice a day - and since I've been working so much lately this is quite odd. Remember that I only work ONE FRIGGING MILE DOWN THE SAME FRIGGIN STREET that I live on. So, this includes the commute to work (if you call it that) to lunch and back and of course home.
Its becomming absurd.
Havent' gotten the 'NOS' questions yet.
