I have a 2001 S2000 with a plastic top. I have a chance to pick up a 2002 top with a glass window. Will this fit??? Does anyone know.

should fit - only difference is 2002 has the glass + the defroster.

 

The frame is different. You will need a new frame or you can modify the old one. I am not sure what is involved hardtopguy sells the parts to modify i though. The frame you have now won't work in its stock state.

 

it will work. you jave to buy like a retro fit kit which is basically just some rivets and some elastic straps to make the glass fold correctly into the area. this is one of the most popular things to upgrade to us ap1 guys. mine is about to get a new top in about a week. use the search function on here and check out the DIY threads. VERY helpful info in there. including a top install
