I heard that a clean wash helps with aerodynamics. Certain shampoos makes the car cut through wind easier.

WTH ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT!!!! Honda made a system that utilizes the different size lobes in lower and high rpms. This gave honda an advantage to have an engine produce alot of power without the sacrifice of gas mileage. you are right Honda called the system "VTAK" and it stands for Variable Timed Ass Kicking. Meaning the engine kicks ass will varying at what rpm you are at.

Yes, your are right now that I think about it, but I remember them putting the newer vervsion i-VTAC in the early S2000's.

That settes it then, the OP's friend MUST have had i-VTAC in his S, while the OP just had the original V-TECH.

red is slower because it take more pigment in the paint to make red so it is heavier by about 27 pounds look it up thats why red cars fade faster due to pigment issues. Everyone knows that.
