S2K in the winter?
I was using retarded in the sense that it moves so fast its stupid. Even with crappy search in v4 I still find this board way more user friendly than some others I have been on. EvolutionM does seem to be a great board.. no sure about the others so much since I'm not a frequent guest of those.

Going on my 4th Wisconsin winter in the S. Blizzak LM-22s from Dec to March.
The Blizzak WS-50s mentioned previously are pretty agressive but really dig in in deep snow. I had a set of them for 3 winters on my 99 Lude.
The Blizzak LM-22s are almost like an all-season tire (H-rated) but still very well suited for snow.
Don't try to drive on your stock tires in snow/ice. It's a death-wish.
