I would say
An automatic tonoue (sp) cover
A ligter Exhaust from Factory
A better clutch


my additions
The modulo Wheels as an option with the bbs 6 spokes standered
An Adjustable steering wheel
Better stereo

 

Mine would be:

Fix-
1. More torque to go with the HP
2. A way to unlock the pass door from the drivers side
3. Reduce the blindspots with the top up.

Additions-
1. Better stereo (Bose or even a 10'' in the trunk)
2. Optional V-6 model with more hp/tq
3. Hard top included with the S2000 for that hard top/convertable dream
