Ahhh, I see that you have security systems on your car. Could be the time you spend driving is not sufficient to fully charge and compensate for drain at night, with the battery gradually running down. _If_ this is the case, this would happen to your next battery as well.

Well, for work I drive it less than 1 mile away because it's really close, but normally I drive around a lot other than work.

If you have a volt meter or can borrow one, checking the charging system is a quick and easy thing to do. With the car off, check the volts just to see what it is. Then start the car (jump it if necessary but remove the booster cables when the car has started) and check the volts again. The volts should jump up around 14.5 - 15 volts. If it's not then it's your charging system. I'd hate to see you go out and buy a new battery when this simple test could avoid it. For me, personally, I can't think of any reason why I would want to have a spare battery laying around. By the time I need it, it's been sitting around so long it doesn't have enough charge either. It could still be the battery or it could be a short somewhere (done any electrical mods lately?) but at least this would eliminate the charging system.

Not guaranteed but you've eliminated the charging system. You could still have a short.

A security system in and of itself will not drain the battery. While the S2000 battery is small it is a Gell Cell and is very viable. I would look to any recent (or near recent) mods. These would include a security system or aftermarket stereo. Sounds like you have a "short to ground" which is easily diagnosed by a reputable stereo house. Look to ground shorts...not the battery.
