Personally as a stock car I prefer the 2004-2005 because I like the AP2 headlights/tails better and the AP2 v1 wheels were my personal favorite.

It's up to you really. They are the same body and chasis with nothing but minor changes from year to year.

 

i actually dont prefer an s2k at all. i just drove mine off a cliff....

 

OP way to start an active thread! I'm still deciding between turkey or roast beef.

Might as well vote though 2003 AP1 Berlina Black with a hardtop. Keep it stock. Ok maybe an Alpine head unit.

 

'06-'07 FTW. You get all the better AP2 bits on the body (headlights, bumper, etc) and the stock wheels for those two years are the prettiest.

 

04-05. best of both worlds.

 

Of the two I've owned...Silverstone MY00 and Rio MY06, overall I like the Rio better. But it's a highly subjective decision. Good luck!

 

When I realize that I paid only half of a new S2000's cost when I bought my S2000 used in 2006 and paid it off in 3 months...it looks much nicer to me than an S2000 with $500 car payments!
