Default S2ki and S2000s... saved me MONEY!

I was a car "enthusiast" before owning an S2000, but that basically meant "I'm enthusiastic about cars."

Due to the great support and DIYs on this site... my wife and I started autocrossing and I started wrenching.

It was nice to have the "tips and tricks" all spelled out on the threads before starting. And knowing that there were people online at all hours willing to help out if I did mess something up... removed all remaining barriers to doing things myself.

A few months ago, I changed my rotors and pads on the S2000. It was so easy, that I bought rotors and pads for my parents' Pilot.

Did them today and when I ran into problems, I used the tips I learned on s2ki.com! Used an impact wrench, but still needed to drill out a few of the retaining screws that stripped.

So thanks, s2ki.com.

Agree completely. I have learned quite a lot reading on here and doing the work on my own car. It is nice to have such a good resource. It has saved me a lot of money and time and I enjoy learning how to fix the problem myself. Thanks to all who contribute such as yourself ckit

Id have never picked up tools and used it on my S if it wasnt for the detailed guides on this site.

And when the DIYs don't suffice, you can count on a local member to help you out.

lol, the dealer probably didn't even know that s2ki is an "enthusiast site" recommended by American Honda!
