s2ki- a wealth of info!
man, just wanted express my enthusiam and gratitude
regarding the greatness of this site haha!
any time i heard or felt something odd about my car
i search it up and eventually find my answer...
now i go back to lamenting about my "clutch decel buzz"
my loose fitting leather on the right passanger side shoulder bolster...
and my cracking noise when rolling off in the morning due
to washing the car the night before.
its about 80% comforting to know that some of these things
are normal and will not affect my car's performance
i guess the other 20% i'll get from a few of these

Winson,
That's nice to hear your enthusiasm about the site.
If you're hearing something funky with the clutch, maybe you should bring it in.
As for the frozen calipers ... it always pisses me off that the rotors rust like that. Short of replacing them, a good thing to do is drive the car around the block after a wash (using the brakes of course). That should burn off any water and prevent the morning-after caliper clunk.
BTW, if you do like what you see here, consider membership to s2ki.com. The site needs everyone's support, particularly to purchase some new infrastructure (computers and storage, that is).

My experience has been that a buzzing clutch is normal to some degree but that it gets worse as the clutch wears. If it's really loud you may be due for a new one. One thing to check; when decelerating and it starts to buzz place your foot on the clutch pedal.
The buzzing, from my experience; can't speak for others, is the pedal vibrating and not a sound coming from the bell housing. If you put a little pressure on the pedal you will get a nice massage but also the sound should stop.
I don't have a way to stop the sound but after 6 years you just get used to it.
